Why I ate one meal a day

Along my health journey, I have made some choices that were not so smart, they are even a little embarrassing to talk about!

One of these choices was eating one meal a day when I was in my twenties. I didn’t do this to lose weight, and I didn’t do it because I was a model. I did it because I thought it was the ONLY solution to my health problems.

In this video, I share more of my personal story: why I was eating so little, and the huge “ah-ha” moment I had in my first nutrition class that shifted everything for me.

Sometimes we make choices because we simply don’t know any better. If I had known that eating one meal a day was really bad for me, I wouldn’t have done it!

Because of the journey I’ve been on, I’m SO passionate about helping you along your health journey so that you don’t make the same mistakes I did.

My Facebook page is a place where I post articles and inspiration to keep you up-to-date on the latest health news & research so that you can make the BEST possible decisions for your health. You can go HERE to “like” the page and join in on this very important conversation!

With love,
Cari
