5 reasons we need to move more!

Today’s video is super important – it’s all about the benefits of movement.

I know, you’re already aware that exercise is important! What I want us to understand at a deep level is why movement is so vital for our health, especially right now when we’re all stuck at home and perhaps moving less.

(I actually recorded the video before the pandemic hit, but decided to send it out now because it’s so relevant!)

In the video, I explain in detail how movement benefits the different systems of the body – you may not have heard this before!

So, if you’re needing motivation to get moving, please watch. It will be really helpful in getting you off the couch and getting that blood flowing again.

Remember, even moving 10 minutes a day is better than nothing! You can always just put on some music and dance your heart out – it’s one of my favorites. 🙂
